The company’s success is based on its employee-oriented corporate culture

Druckstudio GmbH in Düsseldorf is one of Germany’s 100 best workplaces. This was been officially confirmed by the Great Place to Work Institute in Germany. Federal Minister for Employment, Olaf Scholz, handed over the coveted “Best Workplaces in Germany 2008” certificate to Druckstudio GmbH’s two managing directors, Werner Drechsler and Dirk Puslat, at a gala event held in Berlin’s Ritz-Carlton Hotel.

Companies from all sectors of industry put their names forward to get on the “Best Workplaces in Germany 2008” list. One of these was Druckstudio GmbH from Düsseldorf, the only printing company under the 100 best workplaces in Germany. Workplace quality and attractiveness are evaluated on the basis of an anonymous employee survey. Employees are asked to provide information about their managers’ credibility and fairness, their identification with their work and the company and the quality of relationships between management and staff. Personnel managers also provide information about the company’s performance, concepts and personnel measures.

Werner Drechsler, Managing Director of Druckstudio GmbH Düsseldorf, was delighted that his company is one of the “100 Best”. “Being named one of the 100 best workplaces in Germany tells us that we’re on the right track with our profit sharing model for employees and our value culture. This tribute and the results of the survey also motivate us to continue improving our personnel policy.”
