We use standardised colour management which provides end-to-end quality control from prepress to press, and the Image Control colour control system from Heidelberg during the print process. We have been certified to the Offset Printing Process Standard (PSO) since 2006.

We don't leave anything to chance before the printing stage either. Our prepress department checks all incoming data thoroughly for printability. This is done using the control mechanisms of the Prinect workflow and the FlightCheck and PitStop programs.

Our claims are backed up by impressive figures: we have a complaint rate of less than 1 %, of which 90 % are internal complaints. In other words, we resolve the problem ourselves before it reaches the stage where our customers might have reason to complain.
